Pricing
Service rates are $79/hour during standard service hours and $120/hour outside of standard service hours. Standard service hours are Monday – Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., excluding holidays. A one hour minimum charge is assessed for on-site service and is charged in 15 minute increments after the first hour. Phone and remote service is charged in 15 minute increments. Rates on service contracts and data backup contracts are customized to your businesses needs, call us for more information.
